Cover a large cookie sheet in parchment paper
Roll dough into 1” balls and place on your prepared cookie sheet
Bake for 10-11 mins

Any cookie dough balls you decided not to bake place in a freezer bag in a single layer and freeze. These can be baked from frozen without thawing :)
Picture Walkthrough:
Okay, step one. Make sure you have all of your ingredients. Nothing worse than trying to look up a substitution or have to drive to the store in the middle of baking.
This is a one bowl recipe. so go ahead and combine all of your ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix them together thoroughly.
You may need to use your hands to finish working all of the ingredients together, but once you’re done it will look something like this
Now shape the dough into cookie dough balls (I use a cookie dough scooper) and place them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
any cookies that you don’t eat can be stored in an airtight container with a slice of bread. This will keep the cookies soft for days!
If you have any extra cookie dough that you didn’t want to bake; ball it up and put the dough balls into a freezer bag, and freeze them. These bake well from frozen and do not need to be thawed before baking.
