Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 6 Tablespoons cocoa

  • a dash of salt

  • 3 Tablespoons water

  • 1 can of evaporated milk

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 4 Tablespoons butter

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan combine your sugar, cocoa, salt, and water

  2. Add the evaporated milk and bring to a boil

  3. boil for 4-5 minutes until thickened

  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter
