Caramel Corn

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks margarine

  • 2 cups brown sugar

  • 1/2 cups corn syrup

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 6 qts popcorn

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees

  2. In a saucepan melt your margarine

  3. Add in brown sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil

  4. Remove from heat and add in vanilla

  5. pour over popcorn and mix well

  6. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes

  7. Cool completely and break apart
