Caramel Corn
Ingredients:
2 sticks margarine
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cups corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
6 qts popcorn
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
In a saucepan melt your margarine
Add in brown sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil
Remove from heat and add in vanilla
pour over popcorn and mix well
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
Cool completely and break apart
