Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Ingredients for base layer:
5 eight ounce packs of cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
3 eggs
1 cup peanut butter morsels
1 cup chocolate chips
1 prepared graham crackers crust
Ingredients for topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cups finely chopped nuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl cream together the cream cheese and sugar
Mix in the peanut butter
Mix in the eggs until just well combined
stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter morsels
Pour over graham crackers crust
Bake at 350 degrees until crust is almost set (50-55 minutes)
Cool for 15 minutes
In a bowl combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cheesecake
Bake for another 5 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely
